Credit card information you provide to us passed by a secure socket layer directly to our card processor where it gets stored. Your private data or information will never be shared with a third party.

Shipments will always be sent in plain packaging only with a return address to our office.

International Orders

Customers who are based outside the United States and Canada should make a note that shipping times can get delayed by a month because of strict customs regulations that may be prevalent in the destination country.

It will be the sole responsibility of the customer to ascertain whether the products are legal for the country.

Super Natural Botanicals will not be responsible for the legality issues arising in case of law violation by the customers.

FAQs

Q. How can I add products after I have already placed my order?

A. It is simple to add products to order that you have already placed, but it is not yet shipped. You only need to place a new order to insert the products and mention in the comments that you wish to combine the orders and receive the refund of extra shipping charges.

Even if your original order shows as shipped, we can still combine your orders if it’s before 2:30 PM EST and your shipment have not yet gone out for the first pickup.

Q. When will my order be shipped?

A. Our team usually does their best to ship the orders on the same day for all orders that are placed before 2:30 PM EST on Monday to Friday, except postal holidays.

On Saturdays, the order has to be placed before 12 noon, excluding UPS as it has no provision for pickups on Saturdays.

We ship out every day to several addresses in the world. We provide USPS and UPS , Fedex, Canada post for shipping, for more detail contact us at : [email protected]

The execution of dispatch time is as follows:

•    First Class: 4 to 8 days (average 3-5 days)
•    Priority Mail: 2 to 7 days (average 2-3 days)
•    Express Mail: 1 to 2 days guaranteed*

As stated earlier, these shipping times do not include Sundays or Postal Holidays. It is also exclusive of the day it is shipped.

In case your shipment does not get delivered within the guaranteed period of shipping time, reach out to us and your shipping will be refunded.

Q. Do you accept returns?

A. If you receive a defective or contaminated product, we would undoubtedly receive your product and provide you with the refund. The only requisite is that it should be unopened. However, we are not responsible for items thrown away during the customs procedure or products lost during transit. Talk us, and we would be more than happy to help you out.
