Nylon shower poufs are great for shower gels. They do a great job working up a lather …and that’s about it. Sure, they serve their purpose, making tons of soap suds from shower gels, but don’t expect a nylon shower pouf to make your skin look good. In order to keep skin looking its best, you need to constantly remove the top layer of blah skin, otherwise known as dead skin cells. By regularly exfoliating with a wash rag or exfoliating gloves, you can keep your skin looking gorgeous and glowing. If you’ve given up on wash rags completely, it’s time to dig them out of archives. The nylon poufs aren’t doing your skin any favors (besides providing lots of suds.)
Again, a great nylon pouf serves its purpose and every shower should have one for shower gels, just don’t rely on it to exfoliate your skin. Use a wash rag or exfoliating gloves with every shower to keep skin looking beautiful, with a fresh glow.

Mixed Berry Bath and Shower Sea Salts are made from European spa salt, harvested

This bath appears to be on the first floor…which makes the windows a bit risque, but the windows are at least one-third of this bath’s gorgeousness, so the windows stay! The columns scream classy, sophisticated. The warm buttery-honey color softens the tone, creating instant relaxation. And lets face it, the tub is big enough for a party. Love that! The columns make this bath stand apart from the rest. It brings an expensivse, upscale spa feel. When you are choosing colors for the bathroom, keep in mind the feeling you want to have when you are in there…calm, zen, sexy? That’s what I want, but it’s all relative and very personal. Loud colors would never work for me in a bath. If you want to know what your true style is, start a design folder and start collecting pictures from magazines of everything you love. Your design style will be obvious after a while.

How fabulous is this bath? It’s serene, relaxing, and beautiful. The green walls are on the money; perfectly soft, a great shade of mossy green. The only fault I can find with this bathroom is the floor. The floor is laboratory-white, hard to clean, and fairly underwhelming. Too sterile, in my opinion. I’d like to see a bigger tile, to handle the enormity of the entire scale of the bathroom. The grout will be a mess in a few months. Trust! The floor is a simple fix. Beyond that, it’s completely beautiful. Great ideas, great colors to keep in mind for that next bath renovation.
